The Gill Children’s website involves certain forms and data and information transfer, and therefore, it is our responsibility to inform you of the terms and conditions involved in capturing that information and controlling it.

• Gill Children’s gathers information over it’s donors through the website. No information on the donors is open to the public unless the consent of the donor is given, and in that situation the only information provided is the name of the donor. Therefore, no donation amount, donor phone numbers, donor addresses or any such other information will or can be stated.



• Gill Children’s also gathers tracking information to its site. This involves monitoring the amount of visits and tracking visit trends in relationship to time of year (usage statistics). However, this information is not detailed to specific users or individuals.



• Gill Children’s uses information voluntarily given by its users and donators to enhance their experience with the organization and the organization’s website. A simple example of this would be sending newsletters to associates of Gill Children’s with their consent.
