What does "last resort" mean?
At Gill Children's Services, "last resort" means that the family's and the community's resources are exhausted. We look at the family's disposable income, payment options, etc. to determine if the family's need. We also require that other nonprofit and government programs have been contacted. If other programs are unable to provide for the child, the family may apply at Gill.
