Gill Children's Services Announces New Board Members

Gill Children’s Services welcomes Judge Kim Brown and Mr. Perry H. Ginsburg to the Board of Directors.

Judge Brown is an Associate Judge in the Tarrant County Child Protection Court. Previously she was an Associate Judge and Referee for the Juvenile Court and has been on the bench for 22 years. Judge Brown has served as Co-Chair of the Permanent Judicial Commission for Children and Families Higher Education Committee, a member of the Notice and Family Involvement Roundtable Committee, and the Chair of the State Bar of Texas Child Abuse and Neglect Committee. She is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association. Brown earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech School of Law and a Bachelor of Music degree from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Ginsburg is a Senior Associate with LKCM Headwater Investments Prior to joining LKCM, Ginsburg was a Venture Fellow at Treaty Oak Equity and a Hedge Fund Analyst with Frontaura Capital in Chicago. Ginsburg received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration with the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Ginsburg has a unique interest in Gill Children’s Services. His grandmother Martine Ginsburg co-founded Gill Children’s Services in 1979.
