Gill Children’s Services welcomes Judge Kim Brown and Mr. Perry H. Ginsburg to the Board of Directors. Judge Brown is an Associate Judge in the Tarrant County Child Protection Court. Previously she was an Associate Judge and Referee for the Juvenile Court and has been on the bench for 22 years. Judge Brown has served as Co-Chair of the Permanent Judicial Commission for Children and Families Higher Education Committee, a member of the Notice and Family Involvement Roundtable

Gill Children’s Services welcomes Ms. Terri Sexton to the Board of Directors. Ms. Sexton is currently enrolled at Dallas Theological Seminary in a non-credit master’s degree program. Her career began in accounting and ended in fundraising. She most recently served as the Interim Executive Director at Texas Ballet Theater for six years before retiring. She is an experienced volunteer, having served at Christ Chapel Bible Church as a 4th Grade Sunday School Teacher, Vice Ch
