Gill Celebrates 40 Years

In 40 years Gill Children's Services has funded over $13 million for 61,000 needs that would have otherwise been addressed. Supporters gathered in September 2019 to acknowledge four decades of serving Tarrant County children.
Awards
Gill Children's Services presented awards to supporters who have been instrumental throughout its history.
Outstanding Foundation Award - Sid. W. Richardson Foundation
The Outstanding Foundation award was presented to the Sid W. Richardson Foundation in recognition of its transformational partnership with Gill Children’s Services since 1990. The award was accepted by Dr. William Koehler.
Outstanding Philanthropist - Design Inspirations
The Outstanding Philanthropist award was presented to Design Inspirations. The award was accepted by Ms. Katie Semple and Ms. Elizabeth Sparks, chairmen for Design Inspirations 2020 and Ms. Anne Wright, President of the Fort Worth Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association.
Outstanding Service Provider - Dr. Bruce H. Weiner
The award for Outstanding Service Provider was presented to Dr. Bruce H. Weiner. Dr. Weiner was recruited by Martine Ginsburg to assist children with dental needs and has been instrumental to Gill’s mission since the 1980s.
Humanitarian Award - the late Dr. John M. Richardson
The Humanitarian Award recognized the late Dr. John M. Richardson for his dedication to both the children of Gill and the children of Texas. The award was accepted by Dr. Richardson’s daughter, Kathy Richardson.
